The Assembly Place (TAP) is one of Singapore's largest co-living operators, providing affordable and convenient living solutions across the island. With a diverse portfolio spanning residential units, landed houses, shophouses, purpose-built spaces, and even hotels, TAP offers flexible accommodation options for a wide range of residents. TAP provides three tiers of accommodation: TAP Lite for budget-conscious singles and students featuring private rooms with shared bathrooms, TAP Luxe for professionals and couples with ensuite private rooms, and TAP Home offering entire private apartments for families and groups. All rooms come fully furnished with bedding and well-equipped kitchens. Residents enjoy a comprehensive suite of privileges including 1 Gbps fibre broadband, weekly housekeeping of communal areas, 24/7 washer and dryer access, and utilities included in the rent. The flexible lease structure requires a minimum of 3 months, with month-by-month extensions thereafter. The TAP mobile app enhances the living experience with account management, maintenance requests, push notifications for events and updates, neighbourhood guides, and access to exclusive member perks and discounts from partner businesses across Singapore.
